We provide everything needed for a full-service bar experience—including signature craft cocktails, full beer and wine service, and complete highball mixer coverage. You supply the liquor, we take care of the rest.

What’s Included in Your Base Package:

  • Two Signature Cocktails: Choose from our curated menu or let us craft a custom recipe tailored to your vision. Includes house-made syrups, freshly squeezed juices, and pre-batched for seamless event service.

  • Full Bar Highball & Standard Mixer Package: Complete service and supply for traditional mixed drinks (vodka sodas, rum & cokes, gin & tonics etc). Includes club soda, tonic water, cola, diet cola, lemon-lime soda, cranberry juice, orange juice, pineapple juice and fresh lemon and lime slices.

  • Signature Mocktail Creation:
    Offer a curated zero-proof option for non-drinking guests featuring a handcrafted mocktail version of one of your signature cocktails.

  • Full Beer & Wine Service: Professional service for all host-provided canned/bottled beers, wines, and seltzers.

  • Hydration Station: Self-serve infused water dispenser featuring fresh fruit garnishes.

  • Complete Ice & Chilling Service: Service ice for all cocktails, dedicated chilling tubs for host-provided beer and wine.

  • Custom Alcohol Shopping List: A curated quantity guide calculated specifically to your guest count so you buy the exact amount of liquor, beer, and wine needed.

  • Planning Consultation: Dedicated session to review event logistics, flavor profiles, and menu design.

  • Menu Display: Framed bar menu displaying your custom drink selections.

  • Professional Bar Staff & Logistics: 1.5 hours setup, 4 hours active service, 1 hour teardown, mobile bar setup, professional tool kit, eco-friendly disposables (clear cups, napkins, straws), and $2M Liability Insurance coverage.

GUEST CAPACITY & SCALING Prices adjust with guest count to cover extra staffing and higher supply volumes—including more mixers, fresh juices, house-made syrups, ice, and disposables—ensuring fast service and a fully stocked bar.

  • Extra Service Hour:
    Extend your bar service beyond the standard 4-hour window. Includes full active bartending service, continued hydration station maintenance, and ice management.

    3rd Signature Cocktail Addition:
    Expand your custom menu with a third handcrafted recipe, house syrups, fresh juices, and specialty garnishes.

  • Flavored Craft Shot Experience:
    Add a pre-batched, custom signature shot feature (e.g., Green Tea, Mexican Candy, or Lemon Drop) with specialty house-made mixes.

  • Hosted Gratuity Option (Tip-Jar-Free Bar): 20% Fee
    Opt for a tip-jar-free bar setup for formal events by hosting gratuity on your final invoice.

  • Every event starts with our base package—a complete mobile bar setup, professional bartenders, essential supplies, mixers, ice, and drinkware. Customize your experience depending on the size of your party and with add-ons like an additional signature cocktail, additional time, or a signature mocktail.

  • We tailor our team's look to complement the aesthetic and dress code of your event. Our standard staff attire includes a white polo and apron. However, we can also do black or white bistro for formal events. Have a specific dress code or theme in mind? We are always happy to accommodate special outfit requests!

  • To comply with California alcohol licensing regulations, we operate as a dry hire mobile bar. You provide the alcohol, and we handle everything else—including craft cocktail menu design, custom syrups, freshly squeezed juices, dehydrated garnishes, mixers, ice, drinkware, and full event setup and bartending service. We will also provide you with an exact, itemized shopping list so purchasing your alcohol is seamless and stress-free.

  • To lock in your date, simply fill out our inquiry form with your event details, guest count, and location. Once we confirm availability and finalize your package details, we will send over your custom quote and agreement. Your date is officially secured once the agreement is signed and the deposit is complete.

  • We are completely self-sufficient and designed to operate flexibly across private estates, indoor venues, and outdoor event spaces. All we need is a flat, level area for our mobile bar setup and clear access for load-in and load-out.
